Our Commitment to Sustainable Development
At Paradise Beach Residence, we believe that environmental conservation and sustainable tourism go hand in hand. That’s why we implement eco-friendly practices that minimize our environmental footprint and contribute to a cleaner, greener planet.
Wastewater Treatment Plant
As part of our eco-initiative, the hotel features its own wastewater treatment plant that ensures the effective treatment of wastewater before it is returned to nature. This not only reduces pollution but also helps preserve local water resources.
Resource Optimization
The hospitality industry is an intensive resource user, so our aim is to reduce the strain on the environment. We focus on optimizing resource use and management, as well as increasing opportunities for waste reuse and recycling.
Other Sustainable Practices at Paradise Beach Residence:
Water Management – We use water-saving systems and encourage responsible consumption.
Energy Efficiency – We apply energy-saving technologies, LED lighting, and smart systems for electricity management. Additionally, we have a photovoltaic system for generating electricity, which helps reduce our carbon footprint. For further efficiency, we have also installed a solar heating system for water, which contributes to lowering the consumption of traditional energy sources.
Recycling and Waste Reduction – We practice waste separation and promote the reuse of materials.
Support for Local Nature – We maintain green spaces around the hotel and care for biodiversity.
Our goal is to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience in harmony with nature while safeguarding the environment for future generations.
